We run high-fidelity simulations using MATLAB and Simulink across all kinds of industries.

By applying simulation early in the concept phase, Cuedo Controls help you optimise your project before major decisions are locked in, giving it the strongest possible chance of success.

For electric vehicle projects, this means:

• determining the conceptually required battery capacity.
• determining the approximate volume for component packaging.
• estimating the price of key components.
• providing an indicative system architecture.
• estimating BOM cost with different configurations, prior to the actual design.

It may be difficult to pivot once you have committed to a project or platform, even if you know that your organisation is building the wrong product. Cuedo Controls will run workshops with you early in the piece to pre-validate product suitability and feasibility prior to committing any money towards its development.

For investors: We work with startups to build digital twins, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) quickly and cost-effectively. Because we already have an experienced team, established development processes, and the required tools and licences in place, we can deliver this work at a fraction of the cost of starting from a blank slate.

For executives: we help assess the technical feasibility of new engineering projects before they are approved. We review each project from multiple angles, drawing on practical, in-the-trenches experience to determine whether projects are realistic given their constraints.
